A Visitation will be held for Mr. Parker on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Ebenezer Baptist Church located at 702 W. Raleigh Blvd. in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 noon. The interment will take place in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
