Obituary

As the angels rejoice in heaven for the arrival of another "Saint", the family of Sister Mary Marie Taylor Johnson are broken-hearted from her earthly departure. Sister Johnson answered to the "Master's Call" and entered into everlasting peace on January 11, 2025 at the ECU Medical Center, Greenville, NC.

Moments have been etched in time on Saturday, January 18, 2025, 5pm to 7pm for family and friends to assemble in love while remembering the life of Sister Johnson during a visitation that will be held in the sanctuary of the Refuge One Way Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. An Inspirational Wake will be called to order beginning at 6 pm.

A Home Going Celebration of Life will be held 1:30 pm, Sunday, January 19, 2025 in the sanctuary of the Red Hill Baptist Church.

Sister Johnson earthly remains will be laid to rest in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
