Mr. Freddie Richardson, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, departed this life on Sunday, September 21, 2025

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 1:00PM at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 2141 Cokey Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27801. A visitation will be held from 12:00PM-1:00PM prior to services at the church. Interment will take place at Rocky Mount Memorial Park, 4454 Dortches Blvd, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.

Freddie is survived by a large and loving family: his children, Ricky (Tatessia) Richardson of Tampa, Florida and Shelby (Michael) Vines of Rocky Mount, NC; his siblings, Barbara and Nora Ann, both of Baltimore, MD, Clarence Jr. (Myrtis) of Zebulon, NC, Lizzie of Greenville, NC, Joyce (Johnny) of Riley Hill, NC, Mother Pearl ( Jimmy) of Bailey, NC, and Minister Judith (John) of Bunn, NC; three grandchildren, Nakia, Rashad, and Tazi, and one great-grandchild, Sebastien; sisters-in-law, Vanessa of Douglasville, GA and Rachael of Raleigh, NC; brother-in-law, Percy of Senoia, GA; several nieces and nephews; and a host of relatives and friends. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
